Nourishing the well-being of students and community members by teaching tools to cultivate present moment awareness, build resilience and increase emotional self-regulation in order to lead balanced, healthy and joyful lives.

a community which nourishes the mental, physical and emotional well-being of its members, thus fostering kind, resilient and joyful humans.

While we may not be able to prevent stressful situations from occurring in our lives, we can strengthen our ability to meet these challenges with groundedness, clarity and resilience.

The skills. . .

we teach are not meant to replace formal mental health services offered by licensed counselors and psychologists. They are meant to be preventative and “maintenance” skills for mental well-being.
